Real estate rates climb overnight
30-year fixed rate at 5.9%; 10-year Treasury yield at 3.62%

Long-term mortgage interest rates continued higher Tuesday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield was up at 3.62 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average rose to 5.9 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate gained to 5.27 percent. The 1-year adjustable rate jumped to 4.56 percent.
