Wow, I'm hearing the travel agent reference more and more. So much for not having anything else to do so you get your RE license! Good! The MLS is a sore subject with me as our MLS is antiquated and hoards all the data unless you pay a statistician to teach you how to extract the information (which I did). Let the customers know how long a home has been on the market.. including the entire history! Give them what they want. I do see SOME changes being made, but they are probably a few years too late.
