    If you are dead set on selling your home and want to prepare it for sale, then consult with a Realtor before choosing the modifications. They can guide you on what features the best selling homes have. Joe Ballarino

    It amazes me that NAR continues with Move when there is still so much resentment from most Realtors towards the business model that was created by them. That's a great way to get this project to fail, and it will. This will most likely be a big waste of members' dollars. I hope they can prove me wrong. real estate

    I don't think we are going to have a choice. The consumers are going to want that information, and if Realtors don't provide it, eventually someone else will. The task is trying to find a way, within the MLS, to paint a very true picture of the history of the real estate listing.
