@Justin Britt I guess you took me wrong. As I don't know why you are telling me to "chill out." We are improving our website and service everyday, we have one of the best MLS products I have seen. And we are adding features left and right. Not to mention we will be one of the first and only to come out with some particular RETS services end of the year or beginning of next. Anyway... I was just saying that is part of our agents "listing sheet" and must be filled in by them. I understand why you suggested what you did, its just the way our form and listing sheet is setup it wouldn't fit. Although I do think its pretty clear. "Internet List" Yes No.
@Debbie I know its the greed factor. But you stand to make less money by not giving it as much exposure as possible because that listing will just sit there and then the client will list with another agent who actually cares that their listing get maximum exposure.
@Damien I understand where you are coming from. Even still the government should have no part in any bail out.
