With all of the real estate website competition out there, it really does behoove you to target your website versus taking the "shotgun" approach and trying to be everything to everyone. One other thought - A great real estate agent will be honest with you if what you are looking for is not part of their expertise or market area. Rather than accepting your business, a great real estate agent will refer you to an expert in the market you are considering.
