Any market is about taking market share. More agents get out or "mail it in" when times get tough. Tools, training, support and attitude will be the difference for agents that want to take market share. Move-ups, first timers and investors on the buying side is where you need to focus. Great post. Real estate agents do not develop and follow business plans due to the independence of the industry and lack of accountability. We must have the commitment to achieve the desired outcome and in any market, it is about taking market share. This is probably the reason coaching is becoming more popular.
