My clients benefit from my ability to combine a global, strategic perspective with an attention to detail that is so critical in real estate transactions. At the same time, it’s important to me that my clients and I both enjoy the process of real estate. Yes, it’s a big decision, and we all make better choices when we are relaxed and thinking clearly, so my goal is to provide guidance, be a sounding board, and provide the environment for a more than satisfying real estate sale or purchase.

    Your post is so timely. We are having an inaugural meeting today with a group of agents in our brokerage that are most involved in blogging and social media. Our advocate in the brokerage (@psexton) has been our technology / social media explorer, experimenting with ways to incorporate these new communication tools to engage agents and clients. We'll be talking about incorporating video, and maybe even a twitter-like tool for our in-house network. It's definitely a work in progress!     I've been a HouseValues / Just Listed subscriber for four years. Using Market Leader, I learned about drip systems and consistent follow up. The price was high in the beginning, but my vision was for the long term development of my business, which has continued to grow, even as the real estate market has slowed. I've cultivated relationships and sold many houses as a result of the real estate inquiries that I have received from this company. I've seen all the heat that House Values has taken over the years, yet I know that I'm not alone in my success. In the beginning, my peers told me I'd be wasting my money, but I was convinced that this type of business model would fit well into my overall development plan. For me, the decision was one of how to best spend my re-investment dollars to grow my business. As always, it came down to a time vs. money argument. I'm coming to the end of yet another best year, and I do feel the need to acknowledge that House Values has been a major contributor to that success.
