It happened by accident . . . a simple midlife crisis turned me from a nice little registered nurse into the "Note Queen." Now I'm a Real Estate Broker who loves Seller Financing and buys Real Estate Notes. I love putting deals together without any institutional financing whatsoever, and it can be done more often than most people think.

I have four teenagers, and the first just graduated from high school this June (2008). Family life is great, AND, I can almost see the light . . . at least I have time to blog once in a while because they are now old enough to feed themselves and drive.

I am in business with my mother, Linda Hacker. We are real estate experts in the Pasadena, CA area, and well . . . we kind of like what we do.
