I live and work in Katy, TX and the West Houston area! As a Katy, TX Realtor and a Certified International Property Specialist, I love working with international buyers or sellers relocating to or from the Katy, Texas area as well as those looking to invest abroad.

As a former expat, I understand what my clients are going through and use my expertise and past experience to help them through their real estate transactions. As a proud member of FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation, I am able to leverage my many international contacts to help locate foreign properties as well as market my clients' properties worldwide.

    Amazing list... Can you imagine the sitting at the table of the Hale household... Bob Hale (most innovative in real estate) and now Susie (Top 25 most innovative woman in real estate)... I would love to be a fly on the wall even during one of their most mundane conversations. We love you in Houston!!! And Avis, I have had the pleasure of working with her through TAR as well as having her help kick off the HAR/TAR leadership Course 2008 - of which I am a proud participant. Her strong leadership is an inspiration to all. Great job and thank you for recognizing such a distinguished group of women in our industry. If anyone in this nation thinks they have it bad, think about my fellow Galveston, TX Realtors who not only have lost their personal homes but have lost their entire inventory as well. Hard to work when there is nothing to sell and no one to buy.     Amen, Brother. I see it in our area as well. Yes, we have slowed down but last year was crazy and some of us really needed a rest. Yes, my income has changed and I am to blame for most of that as I have taken advantage of the changing market and spent time with my family that I missed during the hot times. But there are still plenty of opportunities out there for those that want to get up off their duff, stop whining and get back to basics. Real estate is ever changing and unless you learn to smile and change with it, you are headed for a career change.
