I have read articles from several smart people who all agree that physical space for a real estate brokerage is unecessary. I assume that the people who believe this have not worked as a productive real estate agent before. OK, it makes sense as a theory but so does online banks with no physical locations. Who was it at Inman Connects last summer who said someone was going to come along and develop an open platform MLS software that is "plug and play?"
