I am a Co-Founder of Bilingual Marketing Group, a real estate media company developing the largest network of real estate community websites tailored to the Hispanic market. Over the last decade I have spent 5 years living, working and studying in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Spain and Argentina. Since 2005, I have been involved with NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, a non-profit located in Washington DC with over 15,500 members) advising about technology and the Internet. I currently serve on the National Board of Directors for the organization.

    I am going to have to agree with Ines (Hola Ines;). Automatic translators have come a long way, but they still have a long way to go. The cultural nuances of language are extremely complex to capture by a machine. I have seen automatic translators on numerous real estate websites and it is actually quite entertaining (not professional, but good for a laugh). If you are a real estate professional do not use free translation on your site. You will not represent yourself well. It is better to have English only than a bad translation.
