Bob Most attended Western State College and the University of Colorado. He became a licensed broker in 1980 at the age of 26, and has always been an Owner/Manager. He earned REALTOR of the Year in 1995 from the North Metro Denver Realtor Association and twice earned the Distinguished Service Award from the Colorado Association of Realtors. A Real Estate Brokerage Management Executive with expertise in residential, commercial, vacant land and farm and ranch sales management. He is detail oriented and knowledgeable in most areas of the business. Particularly accomplished in the use of logical thinking in order to find results or draw conclusions. Mr. Most has a talent for analyzing problems, developing and simplifying procedures and finding solutions. Bob is a skilled negotiator with strong management, sales and marketing background.
Bob is a former chairman of the NAR MLS Committee and the NAR Risk Management Committee and served on many of the NAR IDX and VOW Work Groups. He is currently serving as Vice-chairman of the board for Metrolist, Inc., Colorado’s largest multiple listing service. Bob has been active in the community and served for 20 years on the Broomfield Zoning Board of Adjustment, the last 8 years as chairman. Bob Most has sold many hundreds of millions of real estate in his career and is now spending more time on the management side. Bob enjoys flyfishing and riding his horses.
