Foreclosures Addressed at Connect Workshop

News today that Foreclosure filings increased in April means that this issue is going to continue to affect the real estate market for the foreseeable future, especially in our backyard, California.
That's why at Connect SF2008 in San Francisco this summer, we've created a special Foreclosures Workshop for agents and brokers who are interested in working this new market. To quote the Davsion Files, i'm wondering if there will be any focus on the prevention, education and counselling of those facing the foreclosure epidemic, or if this is purely focused on capitalizing on this area of the marketplace? Isn't this part of our job as well and more importantly, part of the solution?
